Claiming Redemption

Dear Samsung,

Can I ask, what if I purchased a Samsung device for someone else? Would she/he be able to redeem the redemption voucher on Samsung member apps if he/she has the receipt but under my name? 

Another is in case of warranty, can he/she able to claim the warranty by himself/herself with receipts but without me?

On redemption I believe so as the important details are IMEI and such.

While for the warranty I believe he/she will need an authorization from you incase that happens.

On redemption, he has the IMEI, receipts, and phone even box. It's just on the receipt will be under my name. And during redemption claiming sa samsung member app need to provide ung receipt and ID (I believe ID nung nasa receipt). But since ako ung bumili, the name on the app would not be mine kasi iba may gamit and naka sign in.

1) Where did you buy the Samsung product item? E-Store or Samsung Experience Store (physical store), etc.

2) What mode of payments did you use to purchase the item? 

3) What type of voucher did you receive? Is it from pre-order, promotional offer, with number or whose name on it. 

 

Meanwhile, for ease and convenience in presenting a warranty claim or any requests for repair or service, the owner or buyer may accomplish the warranty card and send the Certificate of Warranty portion to Samsung or have it register online via www.samsung.com/ph.

Just be ready with the required documents when the customer service center ask for it.
