How to participate - Enter to win $100 (1 Winner)
1.Open Gallery and select one of your own photos.
2.Click ‘Galaxy AI’ which will lead to ‘Sketch to image’ then start sketching!Screenshot the sketched image.
3.Once the sketch is complete, click the ‘Generate’ to finalize your work.
4.Share the screen capture of your sketch from STEP 2 with the image generated with ‘Sketch to image’ from STEP 3 on the contest board!
*Make sure to include the phrase ‘Sketch to image’ in the title or posting, and a screen capture of your sketch and the image generated from Sketch to image in the post.
*Sketch to Image feature requires a network connection, and Samsung Account login.
*Editing with Sketch to image may result in a resized photo up to 12MP.
*A visible watermark is overlaid on the image output upon saving in order to indicate that the image is generated by Galaxy AI.
*The accuracy and reliability of the generated output is not guaranteed.
*Samsung does not make any promises, assurances, or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the output provided by AI features.

By entering the Galaxy AI Sketch Competition (the “Competition”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
The Promoter
1. The Promoter of this Competition is Samsung Electronics Canada, 2050 Derry Road West, Mississauga, Ontario. (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
1. This Competition is open solely to residents of the Canada with a valid Samsung Account and Samsung Members Community account (each, a “Participant”).
2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Competition are not eligible to be a Participant or enter.
Competition Period
4. Submissions will open at 10:00 AM EST on June 21 and will end June 26, 2025 at 11:59PM EST (the “Competition Period”).
5. Evaluations 10:00AM EST on June 27, 2025 and end July 2, 2025 at 12:00PM EST

How to Enter
9. Participants are each limited to one (1) Entry throughout the Competition Period. Entries received from any Participant in excess of the above states limitation will be deemed void.
10. Any text, videos, images or any other content (the “Content”) which are submitted by the Participant as part of the Entry must adhere strictly to the following content guidelines (the “Content Guidelines”) for the Competition:
The Content must not display the image or likeness of any person or any information about any person unless the Participant has obtained that person’s permission.
a) The Content must not display any cruelty to any animal or person.
b) The Content must not infringe any third party intellectual property.
c) The Content must not infringe the rights of, or be defamatory or libelous about, any person.
d) The Content must be suitable for a person of any age to view and must fully comply with the law and all regulations.
e) The Content must not contain or display any words or images which are considered, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, to be offensive, sexually explicit, rude, disparaging or otherwise inappropriate.
f) The use of artificial intelligence “AI” technology outside of Galaxy AI to create or submit Content is prohibited. All entries should include Galaxy AI trademark. Content must not have been previously published or the recipient of previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
- FOR SAFETY REASONS it is important that Participants do not include or reveal any personal information (e.g. name, contact details, etc.) in any Content.
12. Entries containing any Content that does not comply with the Content Guidelines or comply with section 12 above will not be entered into the Competition and the associated submission will be deemed invalid and removed from page.
13. Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid and removed from the thread. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Entries.
14. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with the Terms and Conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Competition.
15. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant.
16. Entries must be made by the Participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.
17. Fully completed Entries must be received no later than the end of the Competition Period. Entries received after the Competition Period will not be eligible.
Use of the Entries / Content by the Promoter
18. The Promoter may publish Content produced by the winner on any of its websites or any social networking website any and all Content received by it in connection with this Competition at any time and for any reason. If user wishes to withdrawal consent to use their content, the user must notify the promoter prior to the winning announced date as outlined.
19 All Participants hereby provide a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable license to the Promoter to use the Content submitted for any purpose, including without limitation for advertising the Promoter’s products. The Participant hereby waives all moral rights they have in the Content submitted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. Each Participant warrants that they are the person who created the Content submitted to this Competition and that all Content adheres to the Content Guidelines. The Participant shall indemnify the Promoter and hold it harmless from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, obligations, claims, actions and demands, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from any breach of warranty set out in this clause.
Privacy and Data Protection
21. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions or for the purposes of operating the Competition, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Competition or claiming the Prize will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surname and town of residence of the winner within the Samsung Members App.
22. The Participant hereby consents to such personal information being used for this purpose and confirms they agree with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at https://www.samsung.com/us/privacy/The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the privacy policy.
General
23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Competition whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
24. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of this Competition.
25. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Competition; (f) Galaxy AI inaccuracies or completeness of any Ai generated imagery.
26. By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
