My new years resolution for 2022 involves using the devices in the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem to help me achieve the health and well-being goals I have set myself this year. 😊💗

I will continue to use my Galaxy Watch 4 ⌚ to monitor my walks and workouts at the gym, while counting steps 👟 and using the body composition analysis tool once in a while to keep track of my progress.

I will use the Samsung Health app on my Galaxy Z Flip 3 to continue tracking my sleep hours🌛 and utilise the wake up alarm function ⏰. It is great that the Z Flip 3 has the ability to fold into flex mode, so that I am able to multitask, all while on the go. Playing Spotify 🔊 at the gym on the Z Flip 3 is awesome as the cover screen allows for easy control without the need to open my phone, as well as integrating with the Galaxy Watch 4.

Something I really enjoy using my Galaxy Tab S7 FE is to play home workout videos on YouTube. For days when I am unable to work out outside or go to the gym, I like to find easy workout videos on YouTube or play a nice drama or movie on Netflix 📺 and watch this while I complete an hour on the exercise bike 🚴🏻‍♀️ at home. It is amazing for passing the time while staying healthy. The large display of the Tab S7 FE makes the experience really wonderful.

I intend to integrate all my Samsung Galaxy gadgets to reach my goals and ✨Break the Rules✨ this year. Samsung One UI has been awesome to help customise my devices and schedule so that achieving these goals may be a much more enjoyable experience. Thank you! 🥰
