I bought Galaxy S22 Ultra 12/512 last 15th of December 2022 and applied for a redemption of Tab A8 Freebie but samsung redemption team emailed that I'm not eligible.
Its clearly stated in their promo mechanics that the S22 Ultra is eligible for Tab A8 Wifi Freebie amd that the promo is from Nov.16 to Dec.31 2022.

I understand the frustration this might have caused, as there are also several concerns about the way the redemption team previously handled redemptions for different promotions.
However, please don't use the word "scam" lightly. While I agree that redemption services still need a lot of improvement, people seem to throw the word "scam" loosely when they hit a roadblock on certain situations.
