I recently bought s20 fe 5g phone. In my samsung members app -> banners. I cannot find e voucher for fit2 or UV sanitizer wireless charger. Please help. thanks

Thanks for sharing the details @Jayjani66.

Could you please try again and check if you followed the below steps correctly.

1. You MUST have your new S20 FE device active.
2. Open the Members App on your new S20 FE.
3. From the main “Explore” page, scroll down to the "Benefit Section" in the Members App & click on the banner.
It will open up this detailed banner.
You need to click on “Download Coupon”.
4. You should use the blue button to copy the code to clipboard and then click on “View where to use” link below to go directly to Samsung.com where you can choose your Gift.
