I haven't availed this but I've ideas that you might want to consider :

1. Reboot the phone or close the Samsung Members app. Maybe, the app needs to refresh.

2. In case the problem persists but you're eligible and the promo period has not yet expired, raising to their helpdesk.

I am having issues when trying to open a hyperlink sent in text- getting a tiny url message. Link works on other devices, Just started the last few days and is intermittant. Already verified there is not a period at the end of the link. Any other thoughts? Thanks  Samsung S10
