Did anyone else not receive their earbuds in the promotion for Galaxy S21?
The promotions team has stopped talking to me about it.
I purchased back in 25/01/21 and they keep fobbing me off with "we're looking into it".
Why can't they just send me the earbuds? False advertising and promotion? Anyone else had similar problems? They won't reply to my emails asking for a status update. Very upset, it's been months.

You 're lucky to had a reply. I purchased the Galaxy S10 in Nov 2019 and haven't received my ear buds or had a reply to countless calls or emails . I continually get told to email the details to the promotion team and they will respond. I have a string of emails with various attachments asking for a rely or better the earbuds , but no reply
