How to claim the Viu Premium benefit

1. Click on the “Redeem” button to get the Viu Premium promo code. 

2. Kindly take a screenshot or copy of the code before swiping. Once redeemed, code will no longer be viewable on the app. Promo codes are not replaceable and will be forfeited once lost.

3. Download Viu App via Google Playstore on your Samsung Galaxy device

4. Sign up for an account and login

5. Go to "Redeem Code" and enter Viu promo code

How to Redeem. This is base from my experienced.

1. Follow the normal process. Go to Benefits then look for the VIU Promo. Click that then details. You will see the word "Redeem" below the picture. You will get the redemption code after then just follow the rest of the instruction.

2. If ever you get error "Sorry, please try again.." or anything to that effect. Try to scan the bar code that is being shared by members in this forum. Or request via chat bot. They will or can send the bar code via email. Then scan to get the redemotion code. Follow the rest of the instructions.

3. If the option 1 and 2 failed. Wait after 24 to 48 hours then check back again to your Benefits section and try the option 1.
