I submitted my claim for both the samsung galaxy s22 ultra and the samsung tab s8 ultra on March the 3rd. Both have been validated but nothing else has changed, and it has officially been 7 days. Can someone please look into this? I have tried calling and emailing but to no avail.

Got a message back from Samsung, they are experiencing delays with the codes and should be sent out by next week...

Hi @hannahv, I am sorry to hear that. I suggest checking your Spam or Junk mail folder to ensure the email was not filtered out. 

If it is not there, please send through an email to promos.au@samsung.com detailing your name, phone number, and redemption claim number.

Any luck with Laura's suggestion? Because I have emailed the incompetent promo team twice and all they sent back was to tell me to submit my request to get the promo code when I've already told them twice that I had already submitted and my status is at "Validation Completed", yet they still tell me to click this link https://www.samsung.com/au/offer/galaxy-s22-offer

I am on edge atm...
