Dear KL free entry & play AI space escape room community,

 

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the conduct of some of the staff members during my recent attendance at KL free entry  & play AI escape room on May 18 2024. While I appreciate the effort put into organizing such an event, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior exhibited by certain staff members.

 

Throughout my time at the event, I encountered several instances where staff members were unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive when providing instructions or assistance. Their demeanor was not only unwelcoming but also bordered on rude, which significantly detracted from my overall experience.

 

In particular, one staff member's haughty demeanor while questioning attendees about their familiarity with event rules was not only discourteous but also seemed to imply a lack of respect for attendees' time and presence. ( The event was required above 18 years old/ with a guardian toghether. then we were blocked to get in to a stage of the event which was Stage 3. Soon we did asked the staff about what we could do on that point, They gave us a ways about find a random over 18 ages person to let us to continue the event. But we got questioned rudely about rules and regulations. We were asked to find out the Staff at "Stage 1" to prove the innocence. But then when the "Stage 1 staff" admitted his wrong information, "Stage 3 staffs" were only questioning "Stage 1 staff " and without giving any conclusion . We soon just got so mad and leave the event. It was truly waste of time, took us about an hour to reach the event with nothing.) Additionally, their approach appeared to be more focused on asserting authority rather than fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

 

As a participant, I believe it is crucial for event staff to uphold a standard of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with attendees. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the event itself but also undermines the efforts of those who work diligently to ensure its success.

 

I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this matter and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. A welcoming and respectful environment is paramount to the success of any event, and it is imperative that all staff members are reminded of their responsibility to uphold these values.

 

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps taken to address this issue. ( We were 6 peoples by the way . tysm. )
