Missing delivery of Wireless Charging Pad as freebies on Galaxy Watch 3

I bought the Galaxy Watch 3 on Samsung Online Website under Midyear Online Offers last July 16, 2021. After few days, my package was arrived but only the watch itself are on the package. Both Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice are indicated that Wireless Charging Pad are stated on Receipt but it's not. what happen Samsung? kinda Modus!
