I redeemed s22 series rm800 vouchers for watch 4 and 15w charger on 23 march. But till today 20 april, still no news from samsung. I request more info from support team, too bad none of them come up with good solution.
Am i the only one experience this?Is there any way i could get my order faster?
i redeemed my voucher on 15 march, just got my parcel today...u can try live chat to follow up ur order, i tried last week then i got it today
I already contact support through live chat (more than 10 time), but the answer would be same and no exact date will be given. Plus i choose to pick up at ses store, with the idea pick up from store might be faster than deliver straight to house.
need to keep following up with them constantly, i know it's annoying, or else u may try to report to kpdnhep. However, I got my parcel quite sudden, even the order page till now still on processing status. but, it's true that this time Samsung **bleep**
