PromotionsHello! Can someone please help me regarding my Samsung J7. I cannot install applications, according to the Samsung customer support service, my device is possibly outdated. But it says that the latest updates have already been installed. Can I do anything about this?

Hi. While your phone has the latest update available to it, certain apps might have stopped their support which can mean that your device's software/hardware is no longer compatible to run the app. Maybe it's time for an upgrade.
