Samsung gives out coupons for a free screen protector replacement for the Z fold 3, flip 3, fold 4 and flip 4. I travelled 200 kms today, to a branch (SM MEGAMALL) indicated in the coupon thinking that I can finally get mine replaced.
Arriving there, I immediately asked a store staff about it. His response was that the screen protector replacement was too difficult for them to perform. It was so hard that their stocks were exhausted due to multiple attempts.
I love my fold 3. I was glad to see that there was still some sort of after-sales support for my phone. The experience I had was dreadful. Resources and time were wasted.
Is there anyone who had the same experience? I would love to hear yours.
I totally agree with you on this. I wasn't accommodated as well because of that voucher. I was willing to pay but they weren't able to help me. We should have the option to just pay them.
