Problem with obtaining my promo code/claim number

I have been having problem with obtaining my promotion code the bonus pack for my S22 Ultra. I boughtmy S22 Ultra online directly from Samsung Australia, but when I made my purchase they didn't ask me to choose which bonus pack I wanted. Instead I read somewhere during to checkout process that I will receive my code after I received my order. 

I called Samsung Australia and they asked my to fill out the details online to obtain my promo code, but when I was asked "where I purchased my device" there was no option of choosing "Samsung online store" so I couldn't get my promotion code online. After calling them a couple of times they ask me to email to promos.au@samsung.com and they can help me out there. So I emailed them and took them a whole week in getting back to me simply asking for my " claim number" which I don't have and could not obtain online as explained above. So, I reply them again telling them I couldn't obtain my promo code online. But I don't think they even read my reply correctly or something, they reply back again simply with the same question of asking for my "claim number". By then, I was frustrated because it's obvious that they didn't even read my reply properly. So I reply again asking them to please read my email before asking for my number because my problem is exactly about obtaining my claim number. So the promotion department didn't even try to help me with my situation and instead they directed my to call Samsung Australia. So that means it's going to be an infinite loop of contacting between two departments.

Now I am so helpless and frustrated about simply trying to obtain my bonus for my new phone, I don't know how hard it is for Samsung to get me my code but I am pretty stuck and frustrated, and don't know who to turn to!!!

I wasn't happy with S8 tab Ultra redemption process myself. Try changing where you bought it, long as serial number is correct let them disagree or agree but at least then you can reply email having a contact instead of all the other hooha.
