Promo Code Not working

I recently bought a Samsung phone and I received a $50 off promo code in the box but every time I try to use it, it says something like 'No change made to your order'. Has anyone experienced this?

The voucher is only for mobile accessories and for purchases over 100$.

As long as your cart has something that is for a mobile device and the total is over 100$, it should work.

I understand that and I have with lot of different accessories but it just doesn't work. I am gunna try to reach the support tomorrow, let's see what they say

$100 min, and I had the same issue so I got support to apply for me. I ordered cases for my flip.

So I have been told by Rep that it will only work on general Samsung website and not on corporate website. What is this stupidity by Samsung. This brand keep pis**ng me off more and more with each passing day
