I badly need help regarding the registration of Samsung Care + on my pre ordered S22 Ultra which I purchased online. I chose the bundled package and made sure that the Samsung Care + is good for 2 years is included. I already received my phone but there is no option to have it registered. I have called the Samsung Care hotline and they were telling me that I had to go to a Samsung Experience Store to have it activated since the portal to the Samsung Members page is no longer working. It is such a hassle considering the reason why I ordered it online is because I want to avoid having to go out.
Do you have any suggestion how I can get this activated without going to the Samsung Experience Store? I also tried to call the Samsung Store and they said that it should be Samsung Online who needs to activate it. I am getting passed around and it is very frustrating at this point.
Is there a link available that I could possibly use? I think I saw a similar issue way back and it resolved the problem.
I tried to pm them on FB, the chatbot is not helpful. It kept providng the link to call customer service and LiveChat.
