I bought Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G in Mystic Bronze on 26th of August at Eaton Centre, Canada. Sales Specialist said that I was in the promotion and that I will get the Samsung Earbuds. I tried to get the earbuds, but I couldn't. What should I do now?
Well finally received my phone because I refuse to go through pre order bs. Now supposedly these free buds were gone before September 8th. Not impressed may probably will return my note 20.
