Samsung Freebies for more than a month already

Hey samsung, until when you can deliver the promised items.. Store told us 15-30 days.. purchase and applied 12/6 until today.. pending shipping. 

It is supposedly christmas gift, but no information when it will be delivered or at least some reason of delays..

Ur customer, need explanation or notification at least instead of waiting to.change the pending shipping status.
