Promo Mechanics
1. Promo is open for all participants with age 18 years old and above, currently residing in the Philippines
2. To qualify:
- Be a registered Samsung Members
- Attend Samsung Members Live: Launch Party on July 27, 2023 | 6:30PM
- Answer to the question unveiled during the Samsung Members Live: Launch Party within the specified time frame.
3. Every comment that is properly received and submitted within the specified times during the Samsung Members Live: Launch Party, as mentioned in this document, will be considered an "Entry."
4. Each entry will be individually judged by Samsung based on creative merit.
5. Single winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received
6. (1) One winner of brand new Samsung Galaxy smartphone
7. It is understood that, by joining the contest, this authorizes Samsung to re-post Members content on Samsung owned channels for use in materials such as contest announcement.
8. Prizes are tax-free
9. Prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
10. Winner will be announced on the indicated date in the mechanics, via Samsung Members Community page. Winner will be notified through registered mail, electronic mail, or through the Samsung Members Community Page.
11. Prize will be credited to the provided and registered https://www.samsung.com/ph/ account of the winners and sent to their delivery address
12. The winner must provide the following when claiming his/her prize: Two valid IDs (Government-issued ID, Student ID, Company ID ) with a complete real name, photograph and signature.
13. In the event that the winner cannot claim his/her prize, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf, provided that the representative provides the following: Two (2) valid IDs of the winners (SSS ID or GSIS, driver’s license, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, school ID*) with a complete real name, photograph and signature.
14. Employees, talents and consultants of Samsung Corporation and its advertising agency, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the contest. The winner’s identity shall be subject to verification.
