I hope this post gets the attention of any samsung staff or admin of this community.
As someone, who from Galaxy 6 Edge has been using samsung flagship phone, hopes that the online trade-in program especially during pre order period be open and available also to rural areas and provinces. It's just sad that we from provinces can't avail and maximize the benefits of being a samsung phone user.
Hoping this gets solve before s24 series pre order period end as I am opting to upgrade to S24 Ultra. If not then I guess I have no choice but to pre order in store.😞
