Samsung redemption says I am not eligible but the CSR says otherwise.

I've been having trouble with Tab redemption. I uploaded the attachments 3x already but I keep getting an email that I am not eligible for the promo. I purchased S22 last December 19 and received it Jan 04 via store pick-up. 


From redemptionph: 

We regret to inform you that your claim status is under "Incorrect Attachment" due to below reason.

We apologize for the confusion however upon further checking and validation, the product you used to get the freebie is not eligible for this promotion this December.

From CSR (live chat):

Based on our redemption site, we had promotion for a free Galaxy Tab A7 LTE when you buy Galaxy S22+ or S22 and this promotion is valid from November 4, 2022 to December 31, 2022. I will send a report to our redemption team for them to re-validate your freebie.

This is so frustrating. I just want to get my free tab.

I just received another email from PH_SHOP: This is in regards to the status of your redemption gift under reference number PHG20230104163556-927. We would like to inform you that orders made online later than December 12, 2022, for Samsung's S22 series and S21 FE are not eligible for the flagship holiday promo offers.

I checked multiple times the promo mechanics before I decided to buy. Also this is still on the flagship promo page so, if it's not included in the giveaway anymore, why is it still on the website? I saw someone posted here recently that they purchased their phone last December 18 and they were able to get their redemption validated. I just received an email that the promo is only until December 12. I purchased mine last December 19. What really is the valid date for the promotion?
