To Samsung, I have a bad experience in buying online. From the faq, you will get the phone on next day if you choose to buy a phone and do a pickup in nearby store in West Malaysia. Well, please don't believe that. I made an order on Sunday, they only pack and send it on Tuesday. The question to Samsung, why you cannot offer the stock in the store and replace the store with your shipment? If I knew this is the case, I will rather choose to send to my door as the duration is the same. And I wont even make order online.
Again to Samsung, if this is they way you operate it, no matter how you promote your online store, much people will not use it as the system is overated.
