Trade-in ID Error - "you cannot proceed with trade-in as the trade-in id has been used"

My first trade up account has been showing to have been used when using online shopping. 
 
This happens when I pay my online shopping but error occurs during the payment and then my shopping cart becomes empty. 
Tried to use the code again then it shows "you cannot proceed with trade-in as the trade-in id has been used".
 
I contacted samsung support and was told to remove the app then install again to generate a new code - which i did yesterday. Now, the second code is not being accepted by samsung which shows "sorry, due to an error, trade-in service is unavailable at the moment".
 
Sent an email to samsung/Asurion team but no response at all. They are now holding $510 + $510  (the trade in amount) on my card.
 
Does anyone have have same issue or have tried to get their trade in amount back?
