I tried to put my old phone information on the trade in section but it keeps refreshing when I hit the GB selection. Tried on the samsung internet, chrome, desktop and samsung shop app as well but those are having same problem. Few days ago, worked fine but decided to order now stuck in this situation. Resolve it please

When initiating your trade-in, you will be required to select your trade-in device by choosing the appropriate device make and model details.

If your device does not appear in the list of options, it is not eligible for trade-in at this time.
