I'm trying for a while but whe ask for the proof of purchase doesn't upload

@joanafsantos you shouldn't need proof of purchase to trade-in a phone, before you complete your order just enter your old device's IMEI on the trade-in screen, if your get an error message after entering the IMEI you can also enter your device info manually, after that you should get the value of your trade-in, click accept and finish your order, once you get a confirmation number for your order you should get an email in a day or so from Assurant with instructions and shipping paperwork to send your old device

But I bought the phone on the store and they gave me a website for trade in

You are STILL better off selling your phone privately than Samsung Canada's trade-in values!

Go to Kijji and search for the phone you have & see what people are asking for it, then compare to the trade-in value you get from Samsung.

The US has much better trade-in values than Canada, not to mention the incentives offered in the US.

Someone here posted the trade-in value that got for an S20 Ultra & it was a sick joke!

You are FAR better off to sell your phone on Kijji or something! Samsung Canada's trade-in values are insulting!
