PromotionsHi everyone
So I was trying to trade in ny note9 with the samsung galaxy s21 5G promotion. I received my trade in ID, put the promotion as well and finally reach the check out. Unfortunately, the commbank had some upgrades today at 2am, so my transaction was declined.
After 2 hrs, when the commbank service resumed and I went to check out, my product disappeared from the cart. And now, when I'm putting the trade in code, it says that the code has already been used.
What should I do?

PromotionsHello again! I just received a a reply from the team. They have asked if you are able to create a new trade-in ID on the app?
To do this, you may need to clear data on your trade-in app. The steps to do that are as follows:
Settings > Apps > Samsung Trade-Up > Storage > Clear data.
