I sent my Samsung S10 to trade in for a Samsung z flip 3 and was told that the value was reduced to zero. I took a video of packaging the phone, with it functioning, factory reset and need to know where to send proof. They said that the device does not turn on. I have until the 25 and want to get this rectified. Samsung mods, please help direct me to get this fixed

Viewing your Direct messages Inbox from your device.

On the Members app go to the Community tab.
Click on your profile picture and username.
Click on Direct message.
