Unfair competition draws

How is it possible that for the Tab competition, the winners post was posted after the competition closing date?? Please explain

Losing hope in the way these competitions are being run and drawn with often 1 time posters as winners.

Do you even check if the Winner has 'liked' the post, it's very easy for us as the public to see also. The member did not even like the post.

Do things fair if you're doing competitions. 

Would like to discuss.

Thanks for pointing this out, this was a mistake by our team and a new winner will be drawn.

As per our T&C's "The winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter in its sole discretion, after 5pm NZST on Friday 8th December 2023.  The winner will be contacted via a reply to their comment on the dedicated Members post."

Winners are drawn at random - a random name picker is used for this. Winners are contacted via reply or via DM if we can not reach via comment reply. If we receive no response from the winner within 3 days we will redraw.

Often we do have to redraw the winners which is why we do not announce a winner on a post.

Random name picker - does this mean no matter how many times a person comments, their name is only entered once in the name picker? This defeats the purpose of multiple entries and proves its a sham

No one's perfect guys, 🤦🏼‍♀️🥴these competition are free for us to take part in...I'm sure Samsung will fix the issues..🤷🏼‍♀️🙂👍
