When do I get the code for e voucher promo?

I submitted the enquiry on 7th march, has been reviewed on 11th march. Still nothing heard from Samsung redemption centre. How long do I need to wait?

Hi @AnielC, generally the promo code should be sent to your email within 7 days of validation. However, at the present we're receiving a high volume of redemption claims resulting in some users receiving theirs later. If you do not receive your code within the next few days, please send through a direct message to myself with your email address and Redemption ID.
