Bixby not working

Is anyone else Bixby not working. Like I can't do nothing with it. I have no tutorials,I have no commands, I have no news feed there's nothing there. It's been like this since the beta 3 update. Even when I say hi bixby I get nothing. I already cleared cache and rebooted it.
