chat for unlocked note 9

Will we be able to get chat for native messanger on unlocked note 9 for T-Mobile?

I have unlocked Note 9 also on Sprint and The samsung message has RCS built along with Googles Messages if that's what your referring too?

yeah no RCS but with Android messanger nothing with the native app tho
