Since I updated to the recent note 10 plus beta. apps wont appear unless I reset the phone. Is anyone else having this issue? It stays blank when I swipe up from home screen.

Yes. I've had this issue. It usually occurs right after I've used the screen recorder.

I've reported this issue. Another temporary solution is to press and hold the home screen>press home screen settings>about home screen>press the info button on top right>Force close>storage>clear cache

I had same problem. Changing the navi bar to button fixes it. I think it's got to do with swipe up navi bar.

Yes, it happens after some time, and then you have to reboot to fix.
