Bixby swipe right not working?

Note 10+ - I don't know if this is a feature or something that just isn't enabled yet but the swipe right for Bixby doesn't work. It does nothing.

long hold on the home page to pull up addition pages. slide to the right and make sure Bixby home is on. mine wasnt and had to do that to get it on and it works fine
