Bluetooth issue with Amazon Music

I have been experiencing terrible static when using Bluetooth devices (I have tried 3 different devices) with Amazon Music. I have no static with other music apps (just the one I want to use...). The static only comes out with the lower base times but makes things unbearable to listen to. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn't help. Has anyone seen this and found a solution (other than use a different service)?

same here, I think it's a system issue. u can't fix it on ur own. several other apps also have the problem

I'm getting cracking or static on the internal player and on apple music. on my speaker and headphones

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
