I restarted my phone and now the brightness bar isnt there when I swipe down I have to go all the way down to change it and I dont have the option to put it there anymore either anyone havin the same issue?

it's there just pull it all the way down > press the 3 dots > quick panel layout

Pull down the panel and select the 3 small dots in the top right, then select quick panel lay out, there you will find it.
