I have found at least one game where I'm no longer able to force it to use the full screen anymore by forcing the aspect to full screen.
When I play Township, it starts out full screen while it displays the initial splash screen, then the screen crops below the camera circle. This didn't happen on One UI 1.5/Android Pie, it just started doing this tonight after I updated to the beta.
