After installing beta 2, my system sounds have disappeared. I only have one default sound and the other option is silent. How do I get my default system sounds back? I have no choice for ringtones, notifications, etc....

I have no idea how you did that or what happened there the only thing I can suggest that you do is back up everything and do a factory reset I have never heard of someone losing all of their system sounds before actually I'm mistaken the last time I heard anybody having that kind of issue was when they routed their phone and installed a third-party aftermarket ROM which I am sure you didn't because the bootloader in the S10 can't even be unlocked yet nor can it be rooted at this time there must have just been something goofy that happened when your phone decided to install the beta 2 update

with each Beta release and with any software update release it is suggested that you always backup and do a factory reset so it is a fresh clean install installing new things over top of old things has always been known to cause confliction as certain older files don't become overwritten they just merge with the new stuff which then of course causes said conflictions

Please try the following:

Turn the Sound on, then reboot phone and check the ringtones.

You can also try the following:

Go to Settings -> Apps -> Show System Apps -> Ringtone Backup -> Storage -> Clear Cache
