docked apps on home screen "fall off"

When I am in full screen mode, using and trying to become accustomed to the new (and quite cool) swipe controls, the docked apps on my home screen get pushed down, out of frame a bit. The only way to fix it is to change my screen resolution until it inevitably happens again, then I have to change the resolution again. Has anyone found a fix to this?

an update: if you do the obvious, and restart your phone, it fixes it and I haven't had any problems with it so far.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
