Has edge lighting been working with Instagram since the recent update?

I submitted feedback for a bug report for Edge Lighting. it hasn't worked at all for me since the 2nd beta

ohh ok, I just noticed it today and was just curious.

I honestly thought maybe it was an app blocking it or a theme I had. So, deleted the theme and the app, cleared cache, rebooted and sent myself some texts with my spare phone and nope.

for me Instagram works, I believe. Outlook and Gmail for sure not working on mine.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
