When I place a phone call and lock my phone, the fingerprint reader doesn't work with the screen off after 1 second. I would have to wake the phone and then access the fingerprint reader. This issue only happens when I'm on a phone call. Anyone else having this issue?
Did you report it? Even if other say they haven't experienced it, this app will generate logs so Samsung will mostly likely know if it's an issue that needs fixing.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
