gesture navigation no longer avaliable

Hello guys, with the beta 3 version I am no longer seeing the option to toggle the full screen gesture navigation (that I have seen in beta1). Anyone else having same issue? How to fix this?

hello, I tried above steps and seems to work in safe mode ( beta 5) and regular with out any 3 party launchers. I did send error reports for analysis.
