Samsung has stated that Good Lock will be updated for the Android 10 OS once it is on official release status.

And this happens to Good Lock every time there is a mojor OS release. I know it says it's from Samsung, but it looks like there is actually a very small team of developers that works on it, so it always takes them some time to catch up.
