Is anyone having issue with not being able to not download apps due to google play not recognizing the beta update or anything like that?

I am facing the same issue, tried to install Disney+ from play store but it says this app isn't compatable with your device.

Google Play Protect in the app store will show as "Not Certified", due to beta. The only way to download some apps (Netflix, Disney +, etc) is to side load the APK or revert back to Pie OS.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
