Media volume sync

What happened to this? Where you can use your bluetooth headphones or speakers volume with out it syncing with the phone as volume saying g the phone volume is separate from my headphones volume if I change the volume on my headphones only the headphones volume changes not the phone. What happened to this feature?

You can manage the media volume limit of your synced devices under Media volume limit. Toggle the function On and you can customize the volume limit.
