No new beta. Any problems with this beta will be fixed and the final release will be in jan 2020

Samsung already released the stable version, we now need to wait for the slow carriers to release the update.

No... Not Yet... Has to now go through carriers and get approval, certification, etc. Once they get that, you will start to see carriers release.. Hopefully T-Mobile amd Sprint are the first 2, considering...
