Notification of silent notification

Is there any way to get rid of the notification above silent notifications that says silent? Sometimes has an x which clears notifications that aren't ongoing.

would be nice to have an option to totally hide these. when it has an x they are regular notifications. no x means it's something like do not disturb. sadly, no way to not have them show up

The thing that says silent notifications isn't a notification it's a separator between that and non silent notifications

I figured as much but it's really not needed. if they want to separate it a small gap may be better or maybe give us the option to hide it.

That is an Android 10 feature unfortunately, and natively built into the code (my Essential PH-1 has the same). Samsung decided not to mess with it, I guess...
