this happens to me and i had to restart my phone 

I was able to use my phone fine but this was in the way and it would not go away do you know why this happened

it happened because we are using beta software which can and still have bugs. Please report it in the feedback section.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.
