Has anyone lost the ability to upgrade the storage on cloud? I used to have it but it disappeared. I was paying 2.99 a month for their 200 gb plan but after a couple updates of beta it's no longer there and it canceled on it's own.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it but it sounds like Samsung Cloud will eventually shut down in favor of Microsoft OneDrive.

In August Samsung & Microsoft announced a partnership to use Microsoft services on Samsung devices.
Transfer all your data to OneDrive and if you have paid storage Samsung will automatically cancel your subscription and refund your money. You will get a 1 year storage space on OneDrive.
