Samsung WHY?!?

Folks, I think that there's more to FIX, ADD & ENHANCE about the software, but maybe they don't know how to do it. 

For 19 years doing BETA testing (for different manufacturers), we feel that Samsung need more capable people to make the experience better when it comes to software.

I get what you mean, but if they did that, what would they add for all other updates then? It's a business strategy, roll out new things over time instead of pushing it all out at once, that way, each update could bring in new customers, and keep older customers at the same time. Also, like you said, they may not know how to, meaning they don't yet know what to add or improve on, which is why the public's suggestions are so important.
